How to send a notice
Mail infupay@gmail.com with the subject DMCA Notice and include all of the following:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
- The work you say is being infringed, with proof that you own it or are allowed to act for the owner.
- The full address of every page on this site you want removed, one per line.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Every notice is read by a person. A complete notice is normally handled within 48 hours, and the listing comes down while we check it. An incomplete notice takes longer, so please send everything the first time.
If we removed something by mistake
Send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, the page that was removed, and a statement that you believe it was taken down in error. We will look at it again.
One thing to keep in mind
Removing a listing here does not delete the file. The file sits on someone else's server. To have it deleted you need to contact that file host directly.
